Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity – New York City

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and New York City's Lutheran community are funding an affordable home in Habitat-NYC's 41-unit Atlantic Avenue complex in Ocean Hill-Brownsville. Through a unique challenge grant, Thrivent Financial will provide matching funds on a 6 to 1 basis for donations by Thrivent Financial members or by Lutherans. If you are a Thrivent Financial member or part of a Lutheran congregation, we invite you to join us for Thrivent/Lutheran-specific volunteer and fundraising opportunities supported through this initiative.

There are also opportunities for individual Lutheran congregations to volunteer at our Ocean Hill-Brownsville site and to raise or donate funds that Thrivent will match on a 6 to 1 basis.
