The General Colin L. Powell Apartments was developed as an innovative collaboration by Blue Sea Development Co. and Habitat for Humanity - New York City. This LEED Platinum building is the greenest affordable multifamily residence in New York. It will be home to 50 New York City families. Seven of the 50 affordable homes in the GCPA were constructed for and by Habitat-NYC family partner homebuyers. This ceremony celebrates and blesses their new co-ops!
