Habitat-NYC is seeking prospective homeowners for an affordable homeownership project in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

Our application process is site-specific, so please apply only to the project you are interested in. We do not keep a waiting list, so if these projects or locations don't interest you, please do not apply at this time. Before your application is processed, we require that you visit the neighborhood where our homes are located.
